Tan Chong Pay is an experienced and driven Lecturer. She is passionate to mould students into becoming competent nurses who are empathetic, compassionate and possess a desire for lifelong learning to upgrade the nursing profession. She is a responsible and committed lecturer who always give priority to student affairs and their academic achievements regardless of race and religion.
With over 25 years of experience in general nursing and specialised nursing which include obstetrics, neonatology and infection control, she ventured into the field of education and has since developed the passion for guiding students to become job-ready graduates over the last decade.
